RICE CREAM

Rice Cream is a precooked rice flour rich in complex carbohydrates , which are quickly absorbed and easily digested . It is low in fat and salt and cholesterol-free , making it suitable for people with cardiovascular problems or hypertension.

It provides protein with a good amino acid profile , although it is low in lysine, so it is recommended to combine it with milk or other foods rich in this amino acid. In addition, rice is a source of vitamins and minerals (thiamine, niacin, iron, riboflavin, vitamin D, calcium).

It is gluten-free (except for some flavors) and lactose-free in most varieties; some versions contain soy . It includes the natural sweetener Stevia .

It's designed as an ideal option for athletes or anyone looking for a quick and healthy source of energy. It can be combined with protein or nut butters for more complete meals.

-Take 50g (1.5 scoops) in 200ml of hot water for a porridge-like consistency. Increase or decrease the amount of water depending on the desired consistency.
